Caricamento in corso...

Muscles

Big mountains, tempest fury,
big mouth, power empowering,
pounding flesh, uprooting trees,
black sun rising, dusty rain,
flocks of geese out of cadence,
rogue waves in random bursts,
virgins begotten and thrown away,
hell flying to the upward skies,

muscles running through the brain
armed with spears and battle-axes,
flaunting their power and strength,
dressed up in their shiny armor
with razor spikes on the feet,
riding on steeds with heavy hooves,
pounding the delicate clouds,
cursing at the way of the winds,
calling the natural elements their own,
putting the stars in their pockets,
stripping the universe with their greed,
shaking up the skies with their big mouths
until their final ride into the blackened sunset,
struck down by a mightier power,

and the white wings of death claim their bodies
and the meek wait until old age to die.

It's not fair. The people with the biggest mouths are the ones who are heard.
