Pacific Dust

From the pacific skies comes the falling dust
in the mystic winds from an outward thrust,
from a bursting star in the night-time sky,
rocks catch on fire, break loose, and liquify.

Lava cools down and splits into pieces
and pieces turn back into dust and freezes
and falls through the sky to planet earth,
the land of madness since the time of birth.

The dust falls upon everyone everywhere,
lovers of war and hatred in the air,
seeping down into their restless soul,
moving into their spirit and taking hold.

At last the whole world is at peace;
No more armies and no more police.
There is magic in the skies up above
with all the madness turned to love.

The only way it can be done
is by wizards with their magic spun,
showering the earth with pacific dust.
Oh such dreamers that we dreamers are.
