September Fields
September fields of tomatoes and corn
and laborers working since early morn,
harvesting and singing to the joy of work
with sweat upon their brows and hands in the dirt,
working with those who love their labor,
they’re bonding all together in God’s favor
until the work is done and time to go home.
They reap together from all what was sown
while meeting new friends, they’re no more alone.
