The Pernicious One

The Pernicious One
She lives on the dark side
She moves like a serpent
Her eyes affixed to her prey
She strikes all so swiftly
Her venom is soaked in perfume
Blended with lust and regret
Hearts throb to her rhythm
She is the song of paradise to be
Sung at the peak of pleasure
She bathes in the
Tears of her lovers and
Anoints herself with the
Blood of her victims
With their stolen hearts
She moves away to
Try other hunting grounds
Another conquest
Another trophy
