To the moon chaser in me -
There’s something in the sense of being able to access adventure.
In being able to know you can move beyond the limits of your physical capacity.
There’s happiness in the pain of struggle when it boils your adrenaline
There’s adventure out there for you, me and all of us!
There’s a blue moon tonight, the last ot its kind for a while ahead,
I guess the next i see, will be with you and i cant help but wonder..
If in the mundane existence of adulthood would we step out of our way to see the moon?
You know my soul is a selenophile.
Today i am able to afford to go out of my way
I’m on a bus with my friends, we decided last minut!
We’re going an hour away to see this blue moon
And I’m in the front upper seat of the bus and I have this smile i cannot hide– I’m happy!
I hope adventure still drives my life years ahead in time,
I hope you, you thrive on the thrill of the little affordable adventures of life,
Just as much as the life changing experiences that the world craves
To me, I hope, I pray! That I dont let another soul ever hold me back from my own adventures!
Run, walk, escape.. Walk hand-in—hand—
