I crave you

crave you,
yes you I do crave.
Not in a lustful manner like the boys do.
Like the moon craves the sunlight that it may shine in its excellence
I crave you.
Like a child in the womb longs to be held in her mothers arms
I crave you.
Feed me a full meal of your affections,
I’m tired of getting by with the crumbs of the casual hello and bye.
A plate overflowing with seven colours of your splendor.
I’m thirsty for your sight,
look my way and bring my soul delight
