Poem for my unborn spring XIXI
I will be a father soon
I am excited and by his Grace committed,
I will take your first step with you and set my gaze upon you
Blessing the heavens for a natures gift.
I will love and cherish your existence
As you will exist to bless us all.
Your worries will be my worries
Your joy will be my joy
Your sorrow will be my heartbreak and
Your pride will be my biggest assignment.
I will hold your joy in high regards and
Listen to you even when my ears are chopped off.
I cannot wait to meet you and boast to all,
What a wonderful human, made in the eyes of God.
I am soo happy :)
