Pythagoras:
“Memories from lives of my long-dead ancestors
are awakened by faces of people I see,
and I dream interactions of love and war
over landscapes that shape my old world view.
Some faces evince no visions of actions,
while others evoke complex reveries
that display weird dramas inside my eyes,
which puzzled me why actions played so clear.
I realized, these memories of other lives
beam from eyes of people I lived before,
providing wisdom from their experience
that shines bright to guide my journey in life.
We dream lives of our ancestors, and live
in dreams of our children, inventing now.”

This is an excerpt from my tale of the life of Pythagoras the philosopher. His tale will be in Volume 2 of my epic poem Science of Hermes
