Centered
Sounds of cars passing by
And the stillness in between,
Each having there own melody
Each adding to the scene.
Letting the sounds come and go
Basking in their grace,
They all have perfect rhythm
With an exquisite pace.
Feeling complete connection
With each and every sound
Each breath gets deeper and deeper
As though there is no bound.
Overcome with oneness
Entirely submerged in peace
Centered in my body
All that burdened, released.
Breathing from a place beyond
Right into my soul
I have once again seen its beauty
I remember that I’m whole.
Never missing out on anything
Not lacking any part
In this and every moment
From the very start.
Connected to all that is
As though an extension of my arm
Each sound, each sight, each feeling
All adding to its charm.
It’s all so perfect, It’s all so calm
Just as it’s always been,
Slowing down to truly see what is,
Comes when I’m centered within.
