Toy Maker

“Despair... The enemy of all who care.”

“The innocence of life is devoured by the downfall of compassion.” The Toy maker speaks as he carves his fashion. “It’s a tiny toy, not at all impressive, but its simplicity is covered by its brilliant colors.”

“Are there any others,” The Toy maker wonders, “Who would make the toys each day and just give them away?”

Without a payment, without
a price, this is his delight... for a hurting world.

“No payment? You are wrong. For each toy brings a beautiful song to each child’s face.” As the toy is embraced, giving the Toy maker his joy, so the next day, he can make a new toy.

“The good Lord gave the gift to all to bring goodness to every soul we meet. And through this, we swallow up defeat.” So the Toy maker says.

But if true worth is measured by how much we give, why do we give so little as we live?

A Tiny kindness, not at all impressive, but the simplicity is covered up by brilliant colors.
