ROSE TO MEMORY LANE

A rose to memory lane,
A road with all sort of heartbreaks, nightmares and pain,
This part of my memory I say is insane,
This part of life I don’t intend to regain,

I didn’t wanted to look at memory lane of yesterday,
I wanted to look at my face of today,
But I saw someone but I didn’t recognized her face,
Neither did a recognized this place,

But surly I didn’t wanted to stay,
So I slowly faded away,
Then I found myself at a familiar ground,
With familiar pictures and faces around,

At the corner of two houses stood an organ so old,
With wind blowing around me so cold,
Then I stood and looked closely to find it was my heart,
It was bleeding, shattered and torn far apart,

Now everything came back to me,
As I stood I could see,
My heart was reminding me of the history of rose to memory lane,
And was telling me I was the one who used to live there.
