Unhappy Life

Life is like a prison.
I can see it through my lying vision.
I can sense my departed joy.
I have been taken advantage of like a toy.
I can feel it flowing through my veins inside of me, it is sorrow.
My happiness can not awaken, yours can I borrow?
This untold mystery binds me still.
Every day it gives me an unfound thrill.
I paste a smile on my face for you to see.
For I am not well-defined enough for you to see through me.
My soul is slowly escaping from my wretched body.
My skin waking up to being painfully soggy.
All of this unhappiness that I have been given,
Happiness is all that I envision.
