Life Hack
I’ve been trying to find a way to steal back the life I never had.
Stolen from me my self-esteem, and no confidence to even speak. He came in like a con artist and made me believe that I wasn’t worthy to breathe.
Stripped me from my identity, making me feeble and weak.
Told me lies to tear me down emotionally, scamming me mentally.
There’s no life hack to bring back my past and steal back the life I should have had.
So instead I will build up my self-esteem and find the voice I never had through poetry.
