I cry because you left and I never said goodbye
I miss our conversations, our crazy adventures, our friendship
God needed you now; I can’t figure out why
Can you still remember me from Heaven?
I remember your beautiful smile and contagious laugh
We knew it all at 15, now almost 24 and I’m not sure I know anything
You were nicknamed “Smiley” for a reason; no doubt about that
Can you receive mail in Heaven?
When I get out I’ll send this to you tied to a balloon
