Seeing and Time
Time is a one way road
that only goes forward
so that you know which direction to look
but you can still go the wrong way
down a one way road
when you keep making the same mistakes
the most common of which is
thinking you can get around
the admonition not to look back
while fleeing Sodom
by installing a rearview mirror
only to turn to salt
when the rearview mirror becomes
the vanity mirror
