It’s so hard to forget what you done,
The pain lingers inside today,
Causing so much agony,
The memory of all the things you caused,
It is deathly,
I know it’s hard to forget something so life changing,
But it is a goal we must all try to reach,
We, me, you,
Need to forget,
It is the only way to continue living,
I have to,
I have to’ forget or it will be the death of me,
I must forget the hurt that you caused,
I have to at least try to forget it,
I know it’ll always be there,
I have to just forget the hurt,
But I will never forget what it taught me,
I will never forget the lessons learned from you,
You destroyed me and I learned to never trust easily,
You broke me and I learned to never love to hard,
You killed me and I learned to never give my all,
I have to forget it though,
I have to forget watching you pick up the blade that
sliced my heart wide open,
I have to forget the pain, the blood,
I have to forget the reflection of my dying in your deadly,
hateful eyes,
I must forget it all,
But I will never forget what it taught me,
Never will I forget the lessons learned.
