I must not close my eyes for this night lasts forever
dont wanna drift away from this being together
Your eyes upon me Im decent and shy
but I know you can see the true colours inside
This feels like home I can feel the future spirit
and Im not alone, I dont have to fear it
Your interest in me is all I ever wanted
Im glad you now can see me and I wont take it for granted
Well I only write poems but you say that theyre good
Im no longer ashamed of not doing what I should
fuzzy letters on miniscule square patterns, this night now has to end
nothing but my thoughts now matters, and I have you now as a friend
For I am who I am, and now Ill show you
what its like to be me and believe me, its true
Ive been searching for so long for something like this
somewhere I truly belong and to be my bliss.
