Escape to NeverLand
I’m back to the place where it all begins,
As time progresses on,
Each lasting memory holding still,
Those least, forever strong,
As I lay down, I start to go,
Then so do all my thoughts,
I close my eyes and take a breath,
Cause now, this moments lost,
Then in a flash, I fall in time,
As mind brings up its deep,
A second flash, and then no sound,
The proof, I’m now asleep,
While here, I’m gone, in distant past,
To a time I once appeared,
This distant place I’ve come to find,
Brings hope, when none is near,
I start to fly, my focus clears,
Glimpse of different scenes go past,
Then I escape to stars beyond,
In hopes, that it will last,
Though sound asleep in a world of dreams,
I know, I cannot stay,
Cause just as fast as I appeared,
This night will turn to day.
