People are not all us

All the clattered pictures I see,
All the shattering noise I hear,
Nobody cares but the one to be found,
They looked at me but never seen any of me.

The pain I’m trying to hide curiously slashing off,
Water fall running finally stops,
Even so a humid dark cloud follows,
Blood dripping tears
Twisted in a pure white cloth to be dry.

Emotions slow pacing a rushing wave,
An incident of yesterday repeated.
Unconsciously aware in a dead spirit.
I care not,
I’m not lost I am here.

All the baggage they bring,
Separately I stand alone,
They see me waiting with belittling eyes.
I am known not in my own skin.
People are not all us.
