My brown eyed girl
The sun is setting on my dreams as
I watch you dance aimlessly towards me.
Twirling where the wind takes you,
as you live freely among the breeze
It sets you apart from the rest of humanity.
You glide through your life without any thought
of direction to go because you know that you will settle
when the breeze comes to an end.
And there you will rest your gentle heart
As you breathe the air of eternity.
The moon light will settle on each strand of your hair
like an angel glistening in the light.
Perfection rest upon your face
As I gaze into the brown beautiful eyes.
I am Confused by the reality that you are mine.
Living in a euphoric state of mind
I gather myself so that I become the dad that you deserve. Failure seeps into my site as A frown passes across your lips. Broken I stand in complete dismay as I realize I hurt you.
That I caused you the pain of not seeing me as much.
