To Mom.
The strength of the woman to hold strong through the blunder
its a aw dropping scene to see her fight makes you wonder
how she keeps the pain from tearing at her innards and breaking her apart
its her soul, its her love, its the beat of her heart
the love for her family the strength and protection
lets them cherish the happiness and her affection
she balances a life left shattered and lost
but pushes it aside to stay strong at any cost
in a world filled with sadness and hatred by some
she is a hero of happiness fighting for her own peace to come
un appreciated by those she has grown to care for
and feeling lost is just something she feels at her core
but as long as I am here I will hold her tight
when times get rough ill be her light
she is my rock and foundation after all
so its my duty to pick her up after a fall
I will carry you if I need over each rough road
just hang on and ill help carry your load
Your strong and the foundation from which I was born
and your heart will repair in the places it was torn
and no worries a failure was never who you are
and these times of pain are just remembered by the scar
