Woman

As I look into the mirror its not my reflection I see,
In my eyes I see hers, her gentle skin her curves.
Our hearts beating as one, I ask myself if she’s aware.
Does she share the same passion, when she’s alone does she even care.
I been down this road before, but its never felt so right,
Is it too good to be true, my mind overwhelmed by fright.
I inhale as my heart races, her sweet scent replaces the complacement,
I want her so bad I can taste it, but yet patience is a virtue.
If what one calls love is true, then let it be destined by proof.
I wonder if she knows I was made to love her, and never has another given me piece of mind.
The answer to all my prayers in this lifetime, the day when I can finally call her mine.

(2013)

I search for her in my heart, in hopes to share her soul. Tell her I Love her
