Are you the personification of love?
Or Love the personification of you?
I wonder why, whenever I think of you,
The impalpable becomes palpable,
The imperceptible becomes perceptible,
The irrelevant appears relevant, and
The irrational sounds rational!
Just the way I see your image in everything I see,
In the sun, the moon, the rain, the wind, and the twinkling stars!
Just the way I find you in everything I hear,
In the sounds, in the songs, in the voices, and in the mellifluous music!
Just the way I feel you in everything I touch,
The trees, the walls, the waters, the flowers, and the soft pillow I hug!
Just the way I feel you in everything impalpable,
My dreams, my thoughts, my fancies, my imaginations, my hopes, my wishes, my prayers, and my unseen future!
I still wonder! Are you personified in everything around me?
Or things around me are the personification of you?
I still ponder, wonder, whether love is the personification of you,
Or you are the personification of love!
