Depression is:  Never having reasons for anything you do
                       Unexplained feelings that creep up on you
Depression is: Cutting yourself off from family and  friends
                      The sadness that you think never ends
Depression is: Feeling frightened, lost and alone
                      Not wanting to go out on my own
Depression is: The feeling that no-one else is like you
                      Sitting alone and crying the whole day through
Depression is: Not knowing when you will feel bad
                       Wondering if you are truly mad.
