Melt Away

I sit here and watch the blankets of whats left of the snow melt away,
and as they wash away, i see all the memories of us fade away with them,
The brownish-black clouds soak up the pain my heart garnered,
The stars helped me realized im worth more than a 400 krt. ring;
I watch the Autumn leaves fall and i see it resemble me,
shedding off my old snake skin that had memories of me loving you,
The way a tree prepares it’s self to become whole again;
I see the black sky turn blue again, as do my eyes;
my tears are gone, my head is cleared, and i’m ready yo see the world before me.
