They say that the happiest persons are the most damaged inside
Each day they go through torture, they go through so much torment.
Sometimes you wish you could help be that good Samaritan that friend
You want to stretch out your hand extend a thanks extend a well needed help.
Persons in this world are so much like you, been through the same shit
That you go through year through. the battles they all take their toll.
They pull on your heartstrings and after awhile they burst from getting worn out and old.
Old from the straining, the pain and the stress leaving your whole
Entire body in misery and distress
I’ve, we’ve, you’ve cried rivers of pain and mercy
And i know you question God, Heaven, Earth, Purgatory.
This deep sadness, helplessness and hurt you cat sum up in words
Like the world has hurled all its problems at full pressure
A new birth, birth of life, death, trials and tribulations
Problems with your body, friends and family and all you personal relations.
But beneath all that’s sadness and pain, there is sweet pleasure
For you come to us smiling never down under the weather.
Although a cloud dark and scary follows you
Hovers over your head and i pray each day that it doesn’t consume you.
You, me, i, we are greater than this problem,
We can overcome all of it walk, fly, zoom over them and trod them.
But i am sorry, oh i deeply am,
Because i am lying about overcoming, betrayal, happiness is a scam!
It only lasts a few moments so you keep you eyes open till they burn
For you know if you close your eyes too soon, they will disappear for the
Happiness you beg for and yearn.
Its like its in a jar you try so hard to unscrew
Your face is enlightened, like your wildest dreams are coming through
But it’s your bad luck if that glass falls and breaks
Your happiness is shattered, that once sweet dram is over
You are finally awake.
It’s like that dream has now turned into a nightmare
Was once awake, now asleep but back to what is considered real
But what is real is very sad what was once happy, nice and glad
Now turning a beautiful dream into a drab
That hopeful story is at it’s end..how very very sad . 0
