Injustice
Standing in court, thank god for support
Societies lying, man does it hurt
Do you stand by abiding? Seeding the dirt
While the government shoves injustice into us hard?
Mustering distrust this clusterfuck of a war
So suppose I oppose whats upholded by law?
The flow of my poetry’s opening doors
Like a pawn on the board the system is flawed
If your feeling confused by institutional truths
Like the wack shit backed by the power abuse
Then I suggest addressing social messes so distressing
Regressive depressing you can bet I feel used
Do you usually try biting more then you can chew?
Producing blueprints that you shouldn’t pursue
The govs plucking feathers and leaving us goosed
Right to fly’s been denied by judicial review
High time we try cutting loose the noose
Skewing world—views squeezing and leaving us juiced
I see people being cheated sleeping season by season
Seize diem, seek freedom with the way that I’m speaking
Peace is what we need, can you perceive it?
Wars a disease, believe it leaves us defeated
I’m not a preacher deceiving, just want to teach what I’m thinking
The tree of greed is bleeding and leaving us weakened
