Twice is all I think these days
Pros and cons from every I
put into perspective the past, present, and future
Only to wonder if any of it is relevent
Can these thoughts I have really speak?
Can they show me the error of my ways?
Can they tell me that everything is alright
Or do I really have to live where pros and cons always fight.
Must I always second guess my thoughts?
Do I trust gut feelings brewing within?
Do I always have to ask a million questions morning, noon, and night?
Can I for once trust answers that are given?
How can I trust the answers of many
When I can’t even trust an answer from myself?
Oh conflict, you are my worst enemy....and my best friend
