Why treat a perp with health issues roughly
A non violent stoned dude who isn’t a threat
Cuffed, dragged out of house half dressed
Banged up in a damp cell with arthritic pain
Hours deprived of herb to soothe his body
Locked up all for one spindly cannabis plant
Door smashed in, possessions confiscated
Treated like a common criminal, like a thief
Or a mugger, or a violent nut, treated worse
Than a perv, a terrorist or a CEO embezzler
Babilon barefaced made me bare my arse
My arse, their faces, their law is a shit arse
It’s a personal violation to be strip searched
