The Days Are Over

The days are over the end has come
All the effort has come undone
The stress of days the life of lies
The day when all hope dies

The politician’s weep, they are found out
The authorities systems are now in doubt
The storms have come, dark clouds arrive
The people do not know how to survive

The horizon darkens, the sun has set
Natures forces unchallenged are let
The ocean lifts its liquid force
All eyes look towards the source

The towers of commerce no longer stand
The worlds finance runs into the sand
The debt is sour and cannot be paid
The end day’s have come there is no more trade

Towards some church our belief is drawn
Our hope for redemption is though forlorn
The wind rises and the world is swept
But the data survives and our secrets kept!
