Exaggerations

Media with your wild stories
Your defamations, your cruel minds
Your greedy hands, your heavy feet
Trampling over good intentions

Selling the negative with almost lies
Focusing on the dark side of man
As if no other man had one
As if you didn’t have one

Something hidden away in the closet
Too shameful and private to reveal
You dig and dig to find and exploit it
None of anybody’s business or yours

You dance with the devil to his tune
No remorse for what you have done?
You sold your story, hurray for you
You ruined someone’s reputation
How does that make you feel?
