Her

I see her everyday.
When I look at her,
I see confidence,
I see the freckles on the side of her cheeks,
I see her little nose,
And big eyes.
I see her ears
And her hair behind them.
I see a smile,
And sometimes,
I see tears.
I have seen it all.
From her sick days,
To happy ones.
When she is simply venting,
Or singing.
Her reflection only reflects her own self.
She’s like no other.
Although at times she wishes she was.
She looks in this mirror every day.
Every waken moment.
To the walk from her bed to that bathroom.
This is what she sees.
She doesn’t have a slime body.
She has some rolls.
Her feet aren’t the smallest,
Her butt isn’t the biggest.
Her hair isn’t the prettiest,
And her complexion isn’t the smoothest
She comes across this reflection,
Every waking moment.
But she wouldn’t trade it for anyone in the world
She is who she is.
She is tender and nice,
Sweet smile,
And her eyes glow.
Her hair is long and silky,
And thank God she isn’t a skeleton with flesh.
She’s perfect.
And
She’s,
Me.
