Our Democratic Republic is Bipartisan
The Radical Right and Liberal Left,
Without which our national government is bereft,
Of any other shape or form,
George Washington himself once forewarned,
A two party system is always at odds,
As men rise in might to rival the Gods,
And opposing perspectives always shall be,
A self-contradiction or war within me.
