To Amuse a Muse…

To amuse a Muse, One must be spectacular,
An actual fact of dramatic ecstatic showmanship,
A true reveling in the revelation shown by this,
A sensationalist, a sensation, a drastic dramatization,
A melodious harmonization, a horizon for distant destinations,
A game to play laying in wait, take the bait and run away,
To home your heart stays when One roams it all goes away,
Yet the ways do not bend even unto the end,
Among friends death is delayed and forays into the unknown made plain,
The gains of entertainment of notions prescribed at times by pills and potions,
Dance the synchronous trance in the haze,
Pass the days at times amazed,
Listen to all the secrets caught in the maze,
The puzzle-box of crazed proportions,
Magnanimous endorsements, sports and cars and things lent,
Bars where money is spent, harbor no doubts that you’re quite content,
The tapestry unfolds, and the bell tolls for more life,
The cup is filled, and there is an end to strife in the night,
Soft delights, cushions and such,
And in the mind a soothing hush,
A gentle rush, a warm complexion,
And a soft Intent for sublime affection.
