The shoe-shiners the porters
& the fishers of the sea,
Seek God with your heart,
Not your eyes of Pomposity,
God will not be found among the nobilities
The kings & the VIPs
Gods treasures humblness
& sincerity...
Look for God among the lost
The broken & the pitied,
God will not be found
In the grounds of high society;
Search for God not in your chapels
Churches or temples,
God will be found
In the slums or in the meadows,
Where people are helping people,
With humility & care,
God will be found,
Not in the golden palaces so fair.
