Our unbreakable love
The smile he puts on my face
The joy he brings to my life
The warmth I feel when ever he holds my hand,
If that’s not LOVE then love doesn’t exist
He is the star that sparkle in my dark sky of sorrows,
The one person I know can listen and understand me.
Never will I need a hero coz he’s already my superhero!
He’s no robot therefore aint perfect but his mistakes makes me love him more,
They remind me that he’s human and he’s trying to do right by me!
My man, My king n My everything,
My 'pick-me-up’ remedy.
You’re not just my source of happiness but the reason I exist.
You taught me how to respect myself
You showed me how to love and
You protected me even from myself and said its all because you love me.
I believe your words because your eyes tell me you mean them
I trust you because you’d lose your life trying to protect me
I know you want the best for me, the times you shout @ me ‘till I cry proves u care!
Your pain is my pain coz you and me are one!
Its just too sweet to see u crossing your fingers as u watch me grow and work for my independency.
My man, My king n My everything,
My ’pick-me-up’ remedy.
You’re not just my source of happiness but the reason I exist!
You are My role model you know,
I want my future husband to be like you, my future son too!
You are the best Daddy one could ever ask for.

I wrote this poem right after the deep thoughts I had about my relationship with my dad. It simply expose my love for him and the kind of father he is to me.
