Hands are shaking
Why am I doing this?
What have I done?
If I could only go back

Not the jerk you had to see
Not the idiot full of self-desires
Not the hand that greediness hires
I didn’t mean to hurt anyone
But I guess that chance is over and done
And now?
Now, I feel ashamed
You’ve forgiven me, but the past can’t change

By what could have been
