Toward the Future

Revolutionaries lie in wait to fight
The repulsiveness of a generation
only interested in television,
gummy bears,
nicotine,
caffeine,
and, of course,
Heroin.
Hard work is qualified as an ordinary day and
we seek our rewards
Like freshly freed slaves.
Gnawing through the framework of a plagued society
like termites, collapsing home
Seek and destroy
Those who survive may rebuild
but probably not this time

One way or another, we’re going to clean this mess up.

It is not so wrong for prayer toward extinction to overwhelm.

The aftermath of this existence will be the most peaceful thing our race has ever seen.
Ah, finally.
Who woulda thunk it?
It took nuclear warfare to finally learn how to breathe.
