Solar Sacrifice

I spoke two thousand years ago, when last I walked among my kind,
but much I said was misconstrued, my Word alas now rare to find.
As Son of Man I said before, I am the Way, the Truth, the Light,
I the ransom for the many ~ Through me alone, Eternal Life.

My Father’s house has many mansions splayed across the starry sky,
and all that spirals in the compass of Apollo’s crown am I.
'I that I am’, the Man of Sun, with every star a sibling bond.
A solar temple sacrifice, my planet chakra strung beyond.

Celestial fire my Father set and with that spark he spilled a tear,
for Knowingly he lit my pyre; the cost of life, my Cross to bear.
Your flesh my flesh, and so your soul, for You are my breath and sinew;
body strewn on Solar breezes ~ I the whole, am 'I’ that’s in you.
