Oh you!

a wonder

Spectacular how you’ve traveled trillions of miles just to meet my naked eye.
As I gaze upon you, supine, I ponder, worry, and doubt my existence.
Are you one of those said to be dead, or just a diamond in the sky, as the children sing?
Are you a cluster of gases, burning and burning until you’re done, waiting to burst into a supernov? Or already have.
Or are you merely a creation of my imagination, so I can sit on the terrace at night and breathe in life while gazing at you?
Oh, bright and luminescent star, who are you? Regardless, I thank you!
