“And Abraham said, “My son, God will provide for Himself the lamb for a burnt offering.” So the two of them went together.” Genesis 22:8 NKJV
God Will Provide
When everything around you
Appears to fade and crumble
Night shadows darken your view
And you’re sure you will stumble
Say your pray’rs fervent and true
On your knees, ever humble
Jehovah Jireh, never fear
He’ll save you from all troubles
Surely your pray’rs He will hear
He’ll assist you in your struggles
Graces will rain far and near
Pray hard that your blessing doubles
Jehovah Jireh He’ll provide
His Word’s the lamp on your feet
The light on your path; and your guide
To where He and you shall meet
He calls you from far and wide
To welcome you to His heav’nly seat
Jehovah Jireh, all is well
In tribulation’s darkest hour
Know that He will send an angel
That you may believe His power
Remain forever faithful
To your Almighty provider!
