For the Intended Audience

Whatever you’re motivated to do that is not your natural motivation will take a vastly larger amount of dedication to maintain the consistency for the results you may desire. It doesn’t matter how great the benefits are, how easy it is, or even how strong your desire may be to obtain what lies at the end of what you’re motivated to do. The problem will always exist that it is foreign to us. So there will always be that struggle to continue doing whatever it is.

On the other hand the things that naturally come to us as motivation find their way into our life. It seems even more so when we decide to avoid it. It’s those things that have become our habit and just as we intended we have become a slave to them. Not all our motivations are bad, but they can be depending on how we use them. Honestly it would be better to stick to our motivations if we weren’t so concerned with others.

I know that’s impossible seeing as how we are social beings. Just try to find the happy medium so that you can be happy. If you’ve been on one side of the spectrum too long then chances are you’ll have to stay on the other side for a while to balance yourself. Changing your comfort zone can be an issue all by itself, so that shows just how hard staying motivated can be. Think of all the things you’re trying to change. Think of the things you’re trying to get better at. Now think of the things you WISH you could change, or the things you DREAM of changing.

It’s best to get started on the dreams and wishes if you ask me. I know they’ve been neglected the most even if you’ve had some time working towards achieving them. You’ll be able to rest all you want when you’re gone. You have to begin etching the groundwork into your body so that when you instinctively start to lose steam you have a foundation to lean on. Above all keep faith in yourself and trust your regret if you know that you can’t always trust yourself. Deceive yourself, keep tricking yourself, incentivize yourself, challenge yourself, whatever it takes just don’t let it slip and don’t give up.
