Here's to you my sweet precious boy.
A father trying to find his voice on issues of custody law misuse, PFA MISUSE, abuse of the law, lying to court to obtain PFA which it's illegal to lie to officials of law enforcement or the court which she did. It has caused a huge chasm in the relationship with my son. I barely see him although it's getting better since I hired a lawyer for him. The visitation is increasing and it will work out in the end but in the meantime for the last 6 months I have hardly enjoyed the events as it relates to my innocent son, Joseph.
I wish my wife would do what is right FOR JOSEPH, for me. Not listen to Dave or legal dirty game advice.
At this rate the divorce could take years.
My wife needs a different attorney.
MY WIFE NEEDS A DIFFERENT ATTORNEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She needs an attorney who cares about Joseph and whatever part of our relationship is left. Right now her attorney cares about neither, in fact her lawyer refuses to take mediation classes for additional education as countless lawyers find mediation classes helpful even though not per se that they are mediators. Mediation is all about compassion and resolving the items that need resolved in an amicable way.

seeing joseph isolated from me, the photos his mother took- he looks down and sometimes confused. I am sad for him. I am sad that his mother uses isolation as a form of parental warfare when really it hurts Joseph the most. You can see it on his face. She is focused on romance not motherhood. PFA was romantically motivated as well . Dave controls her and brings out the worst He thinks there is money at end of the rainbow. He must not know about the prenup and the court order to sell the house.
