Collaring this blessed captured light

Through hunted eyes I sun my treaded path
In a ship’s battered peak hole
Glimpses of tumultuous waves rape the day
Sleeping with gray morning skies
Shunned in monk’s dank rounding step
Collaring this blessed captured light
Sweeping the tocking minutes; gingerly
All blown glory as the paint falls from walls
Slipping the centuries as a whore’s garland
All in a moment truth reads the silence
Worshipping tender whispers
That tend my heart beat
Pulsating these worry-willed breaths
I never knew how to let go
Flying the rooms I pray at
While tunes splinter my eye drums
In a hallows bleak shining hand
Touching me to a cripple’s demise
I sip from madness’ cup
Drunk as sin, emptying my loins
Of my so fettered shrinking mask
I don as blood in a raven’s pluck
Howling my ancient ruiner by way of shocks
Shut in slowly by common words
I cannot abide in ghosts I bled for so long
But I loved and dream of your grave
Fishing the string of time in a fickle hope
You dropped a dime in hell’s time
Broken by consequences that ream the veins
Suckling my shadow thoughts
Beneath these tired lungs
That ring your dreamy hair
I speak your features in scattered dust
And marigolds dripping your laughter
I loved so much at summer rays
Deceived as the night treaded close
Believing we never would break day
As fish trimmed our images
And soon you faded
In dank clouded garage doors
When you graced Jerusalem
And ghosted my brain
In close corridors
Stolen light drinks your soul
As I in drunkenness priest your memory
