Sleeping by the riverside

Sleeping by the riverside
I found the end
It reached my brittle gait
Pouring in feverishly
A little hand, calming my loins
Dark wine swills my gums
Smoke perpetuated in silence
Climbing the bouncing wall
She was a banshee
In my mind scapes
A catalyst for growth
They tell me
But I meditate on iron lungs
That stream through me
I see a field
My only, my true
Decrepit and forlorn
I smile at these memorials
It kills me
Because I want to let you in
But I cannot
You want a different path
And I reserve that
For my ghosts
My secret dark
I wish you knew how much I yearned
How my heart leaps when I see you
And yet, I must be collected
I know the time
When I relinquish on myself
It’s only cuz Im devoted to you
You tell me sweetie
That you think you know me
These writings are my heart
And you bring my chaos
Full swing
You are so special, so different
My soul creeps in alliance with you
And I paint my stars
The color of you
