Sweaty sheets

As sweaty sheets howl
In finite vision of woods
Blinking those bee-ridden sunrays
Melting into slinking family trees
A gross inharmony shrinking
Clasping silent streets that shun
My hallowed heart these holiday tides

Clamming my dreaming hands
I grip pictures of past glory
Scared of the cropping block
Scraping by my screaming skin
Tummeling me into snow towers
As my flood of tears drowns the summer

Hunted I raise my body to the walls
Festooned as a mantlepiece
Dressed in my best cocoons
Ones which traveled the seas
Born out of wedlock
Kissed by childhood ecstacy
Blossoming these ever growing
Noontide prayers I give to you
