And the scenery was rushing by in a whirl
I was spinning madly in circles like a little girl
But I was sitting still, it was all in my head
I hadn’t realized I was dreaming again
I used to dream of you when I closed my eyes
You were leading me to paradise
Then you kicked me downstairs right before I woke
I hate you now; I watch you go up in smoke
The smoke was originally a raging fire
Suffocating a passionless desire
The sirens wailed and shook the ground
The heavens ripped, the rain poured down
Rain was pouring and lightening struck
Thunder roared, you were out of luck
I left you there and stomped away
Arms crossed tight, kicking rocks along the way
I was throwing rocks into the creek
My glare was fierce, daring you to speak....
