My Life Poem
My name is Kendra as you can see
I am going to tell you a little about me
I am 13 and I have been through a lot
And I cant distinguish which Is my fault
Things I was going through was so bad
I should’ve been treated better then I had
I’m going to tell you a little about me
I’m about to tell you wait and see
When I was 11 I started getting molested
And at this point I was getting tested
I was so young and I did not know
Let me stop interrupting here I go
Things just began to happen oh so fast
I did not know how long it would last.
Then I started going the wrong way
And it made me mad as he.. that’s all I can say
Then I started getting depressed and cutting my arm
But then I did not know that it was bodily harm
Family and friends said they had my back
But at the end they turned out to be slack…
Then I thought about what I could change
But there was nothing I could do to make life rearrange
My point is no matter what you do
Don’t just think about others, think about you
Now in life I really see
That during these times god had his eyes on me!!!
