It’s just not fair,
That I have to feel this way,
And be confused about everything,
Every single day.
I’m sick of the pain,
I know I love him but you too,
I love him more
But still have some feelings for you.
I was faithful to you,
Never broke your heart,
But you took mine for granted,
And shredded it apart.
I thought you forgot,
How much I cared.
And everything I did for you,
Every second we shared.
I loved you so much,
I still do and always will,
It drives me crazy that I have these feelings,
I can’t believe it– still?
After you hurt me
Like I’ve never been hurt before,
You made me give my heart away.
And made me fall, and feel sure.
If You never loved me,
Then it doesn’t bother me,
But I know you do,
It’s in your eyes, I can see.
But that’s okay,
I don’t need you that much
I don’t need to see your smile,
Feel your kiss, hug, touch.
I can survive without you,
Or at least I can try,
Because I’m trying to smile,
For you I don’t want to cry.
