the process of bringing you into this world was abit challenging,
there were complications but the love i had for you and the glory that God had in our favor is the reason you are here today
i felt you grow in me just as im watching you grow infront of me,
today you are 1 year 6 months and we fight already lol but we know that is all out of love
when i am next to you i feel like i am complete
i see myself in you but in a good way,
you have changed my perspective on love,
you have taught me my worth,
you bring more in me than i even thought existed,
i am a better person when loving you
its funny how much anger i had in me
how much i never knew how to forgive,
how much i was depressed before you.
i now realize you are all i need to get by in this cold cold world
i see people treat me bad and in my head im like “they dont know the gift i have”
they dont know how much God has manifested himself to me through you,
i see you as a blessing, an angel brought down just for me to love and be loved by.
you have truly shown me and taught me how to love unconditionally
and even though i may not be enough on my own,
i know that for me, having you is more than enough
just the little things make my heart fill up with joy..
how you would hold my cheeks or surprise kiss me,
how you call me in different tones and i know which tone is for what
how you jump in joy just from hearing the sound of my voice
how you run to me when you see my come,
how your tiny hands reach places in my soul that no one else has
how your smile warms me up during the coldest days
having you taught me so much about what love is!!
